Dinners are by special request and should be booked in advance.

Children under 13  -   ½ price if sharing with parents.  There is an extra charge for single occupancy of double rooms.

    All rooms are either en suite (Shower and/or bath are part of the room) or have a private bathroom

    A bathroom with shower, toilet and bath, for the use of one room only, is down the hall)

    TV/VCR, Clock Radio, CD player, Direct Dial Telephone and Internet connection.

    Central heating for comfort in winter and Air Conditioned for comfort in summer.

A credit card or a cheque for £30 per person is required to secure the booking

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card. 

Please note that if you choose to pay by Credit or Debit Card a 3% charge is added.

Service and reception

Small hotels and Guest Houses are becoming few and far between. We are small and are still trying to keep standards high in an atmosphere of increasing all-round costs.

Following are two of the areas where we are ‘non-traditional’ and ask that our guests understand the economies that high costs are forcing upon us.

1. We need a ‘window’ each day where we can source local fresh products. This means that check-in is available between 10.00 a.m. to Noon and after 4:00 p.m.

We would really appreciate your cooperation in letting us know which of these time-frames is most suitable for you.

If you need to check in between Noon and 4:00 pm, please discuss this with us so that we can make special arrangements.

2. The chef is ‘old-fashioned’ and rarely does ‘fast foods’. However, we present guests with an extensive choice of starters, main course and dessert each morning.

By selecting the evening meal at this time we can prepare adequately. The menu can be discussed with Tony and changes and modifications made. We have the opportunity to talk about our menu with our guests and discuss individual likes and dislikes.
