The building is over 100 years old and was originally a 'gentleman's residence' overlooking the sea. Over the years it has been a rooming house, flatlets and hotel. No two rooms are the same size or shape! We have sea-view and standard rooms and encourage you to talk with us so that we can help select the right room for you..

Single Room
We have only one single room. It is on the first floor but has no view. It has a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits; a Clock/CD player, an air conditioner, central heating and a TV/VCR. It is ensuite with a shower,sink and toilet.
Double Room
These are suitable for two persons. They have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits; a Clock/CD player, an air conditioner, central heating and a TV/VCR. They are all ensuite with a shower,sink and toilet. They are located on the first and second floors.
Twin Room
These are suitable for two to four persons. They have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits; a Clock/CD player, an air conditioner, central heating and a TV/VCR. They are all ensuite with a shower,sink and toilet. They are located on all floors.
Family and Sea-View Rooms
All overlook the sea. All have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits; a Clock/CD player, an air conditioner, central heating and a TV/VCR. They are all ensuite with a shower, sink and toilet. We have one room on the ground floor, three rooms on the first floor and one room on the second floor. Occupancy is two to four persons depending on the room selected.
