Service and Reception
Tony & Maria would love to welcome you among the many guests who return to Rhos and Llandudno each year. This small friendly guesthouse is large enough to provide an excellent level of service on an individual level.
Tony has been involved in Hotels/Tourism for many years. In the 1970’s he ran a hotel in an Inuit settlement north of the Arctic Circle. Maria trained at one of Abu Dhabi’s first-class restaurants and looks after reception and restaurant service.
We find that we are small enough to be able to talk with our guests and listen to their preferences. We enjoy what we do and especially enjoy catering to individual needs. This means that we try to provide an individual service, starting with the booking of the rooms.
We ask that guests call us so that we can talk with you and make sure you have the right room at the right price. Our building is over 100 years old and no two rooms are the same shape or size, but we will do our best to match what we have with your requirements.
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
Check-in from 2:30 p.m.
