Tony and Maria have wide experience in the hotel and catering industry. Tony has enough tales operating an hotel in the Arctic to keep you enthralled – when he has time. Some of them may even be true!
Maria worked for many years in a first class restaurant in Abu Dhabi and oversees reception and the service in the restaurant which can seat up to 30 at individual tables.
Our Breakfast is simple and satisfying. We have a buffet and your cooked portions are served at your table. It is offered at a set time each morning. Currently this is from 8.00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
The chef is on duty every day Each breakfast is cooked according to your order from fresh ingredients. We do not pre-cook breakfast items.

Fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts and fruit juice are available at the buffet table.
Full Welsh Breakfast
Bacon, Sausage, Black Pudding, Fries Egg, Mushrooms, tomato, fried bread, baked beans and fried potatoes
Canadian Import
North American style pancakes with butter and maple syrup; bacon, sausage
Middle and Far East
Corned beef hash, cheese omelette, baked beans and rice
Two scrambled eggs on toast
Two poached eggs on toast
Kipper with grilled tomatoes
Toast with a selection of jams, honey or marmalade
Tea and coffee
It is also possible to order by individual item to make a unique breakfast for yourself.
Dinner at 6.30pm consists of 3 courses, which you may select from a menu that changes daily and includes vegetarian dishes. Tony, the resident chef stresses traditional Welsh Cuisine, plus a few surprises from other parts of the world. Special diets can be accommodated. Wine at reasonable prices is available.
The chef prepares dinners with fresh ingredients and shops daily. Your menu is presented in the morning and you have an opportunity to discuss your preferences with the chef. In this way we can ensure that your meal is freshly prepared to your liking.
